Cancellation And Refund
EXCHANGE AND SHIPPING POLICY
- In case of an exchange/return, a request has to be sent within 3 days from the date of delivery.
- The product should be in saleable condition and should not have been worn, damaged, washed or altered.
- The products original tags to be intact.
- In lieu of the exchanged merchandise, one can buy any other merchandise of the same or higher value by paying the difference.
- The rights to exchange a product bought on sale remain with the brand.
- Website Wallet is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc
In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge that varies from ₹100 - ₹200. - The shipping period for products in normal days will be 3-4 working days nationally.
- No Exchange is provided for the products sold during sale/promotions
- Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.
REFUND POLICY
- We process refunds in the form of website wallet in the case of returned orders and in the case of cancelled orders, payments are refunded back to the source account.
- No refunds are provided for products sold during any Sale/promotions.
- Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving the return order
